W.O.W. → How long before I am a NEW customer.

I dump WOW back in November because they would not offer me promotional pricing. Does anyone know how long it takes before WOW would consider me a new customer?

wow raised their rates across the board according to what i was told on the phone... so im not sure the new customer promo is going to matter. im honestly thinking of dropping wow... my late night internet issues are still happening on top of them dropping BBCA. its pretty frustrating.

Several years ago I dropped WOW for about 8 months when my ReplayTVs died and before UltraTV was introduced in Cleveland. I couldn't live without whole house DVRs. So we switched to UVerse for one of the most frustrating stretches of time. Once UltraTV was available we switched back and were given the same account number and same logins. So it's gotta be longer than 8 months.

WOW is offering new customers 30/3 for $30 for 12 months. I originally dumped their video because of the price and switched to Time Warner but when WOW refused to deal with me I dumped them entirely. The 30/3 is a good deal for $30 but not $72.

I believe it's 90 days before you can be offered the new customer discounts again.
