I'd like to know how they come up with these lists..........it's the same as the supposed near zero vacancy options in Kelowna.

If you drive 15/20 miles in any direction there are a ton of available appts/units.......I know of 30/40 here alone in Winfield.

As for the price,it depends what you want...........if your budget is in the high % like 500-900k,then maybe but I see quite a few in that range.

I personally think the price has levelled out in the last couple of years.
