VOIP - "Account is Busy"

Hi.

Not sure when this started, but I tried making both local / international calls and it says my "account is busy".

I also tried checking my voice mail (*98) and it also says that is busy.

I've never used my VOIP details on a softphone, and there is no other phone in the house that is active at this time.

I logged into my ATA and the status looks normal.

At first I thought it may be a server side issue, but it looks like the VOIP server is online.

I do apologize for the VOIP issue that happened earlier today. At this time the issues should be resolved, but if you're still having VOIP problems, please let us know.

Hi Ryan,

Its not fixed yet.

Before it said "account is busy"

but now it says "account is currently in use"

Edit: Just called in and talked to Dan.

He's looking into it for me.

Everything is back to normal now.
