I use felt washers as well.  This method keeps corrosion to a bare minimum (if any at all).  And I like how the CRC Cleaner turns from yellow to a bright pink if any acid is detected (and it neutralizes it at the same time). Interstate are fine and have a nationwide warranty. Most of the others do as well. I'd suggest charging the new battery prior to installation, several hours at least depending on charge rate. 2A, 15 hours; 6A 5 hours. It will make for a longer service life of the new battery.
