Full outage?Anyone else near the Burlington / Hamilton area having any issues today?
Everything seems to be down. My television is also apparently rebooting the box, so... Not sure what's up. |

Alright, seems the outage page has finally updated.
"All services down on John St W and Melanie Cres. Technicians have been dispatched."
This sucks. Hopefully it's fixed soon. |

Hi there,
There was an identified issue in Waterdown between aprox. 11:30 am and 1:15pm. Outages can be viewed at www.Cogeco.ca/outage and information can be obtained from our call centre. Most times our tech agents only have the information that is available on our outage pages.

Given that this was a relativity short outage there was no further update provided to us until the issue was resolved. |
