No reason on the planet why Rogers can't have the same lower rates across every jurisdiction in Canada.

It was the Canadian consumer's taxes that funded Rogers easy takeover of existing Canadian cable networks through Federal government issued grants, easily approved licenses, land accesses and CRTC approvals and it's the same consumer that getting screwed by a vicious ungrateful cable monopoly run by the lowlifes at Rogers.

Talk about biting the hand that made it all possible.
