Re: Service interruptionThanks! Hope so too!.. So many factors coming into play!...Is it the RG?..the wiring?.. An ongoing bit of frustration since this problem arose..My Mac is connected to the RG by way of ethernet through the Time Capsule..which, I suppose, acts as a pass thru of some sort...No problem with that set up for the longest time..After the original RG was replaced, I noticed something just wasn't right...the Mac was slower..Safari and Chrome practically unresponsive at times..removed all extensions on both browsers..that helped a somewhat... My ethernet connection to the RG by way of the TC was preferable to connecting to the wi-fi network..now, I'm not so sure... both an iPad and iPod work well with wi-fi..that is when my service is up!..something i noticed earlier..the TC indicator light flashing yellow..there was no interruption at the time..but, I haven't seen the indicator flashing yellow literally in years!... I don't know...until recently, I've been fairly pleased with U-Verse..and I'd prefer not to turn to Comcast / Xfinity if I don't have to...we shall see... |
