interesting test... ran the test 10 times (6 IE, 4 chrome) ALL had 3 sub 8ms that beat 110/11.5 (I'm on 105/10)
and ALL had one high latency 54-100ms loser (as low as 23/9)
The consistently bad one was GTT (IBM) whose network maps show at least 6 wholly owned routes to Seattle from US locations. and 3 POP's in seattle.. they are either really short on bandwidth or not doing something very well. |
