Yes, actually. I had a 100 something IP for nearly a week. Called in to cancel FiOS TV, signed a month-to-month contract, got a new router, and now im back to my 68.x.x.xx range. During this time, ipchicken.com and arin.net both showed my IP as belonging to UUNet. Arin still in fact displays my ipv4 address as property of UUNet. Curious, to say the least.
