5) Not sure exactly however after some trouble this past Fri(26th) and several reboots I received an updated Firmware. Using the Xfinity phone App in troubleshooting. It rebooted my modem several times.

I am still having issues from this past Friday so not sure if this an issue because my locale finally upgraded the speeds or another issue is happening.

Looks like mine have finally been upgraded as well. Was getting like 56Mbps. Rebooted the modem just now and now am getting 85.95Mbps. Same upload speed.
