See if its disabled in your add ons, such as, "Menu Editor" or any other.

I have been having the same issue, but only on certain sites (not all of which use https). For now, I'm using an alternate browser for those sites until Firefox fixes the problem.

No problem 'Save Image As"... in Fx 39.
Start in safe mode and see if works okay; it's possibly an add-on issue.

That's probably it. I was using the secure version of both this and the other forum when encountering some blank pages.

I had deleted the DHE-blocking extension before updating Firefox, but there may still be a few bugs in the new NSS version (which I get the impression was rushed out).

i did a google-search for "comcast forums" and got this:

BTW, are they now calling the ESR updates by full version numbers (as per your your link to 39 ESR), to match the regular releases ?

That might be a less confusing way for some folks, though it would not necessarily accurately reflect the features expected to be found in each ESR update.
