MyBHN Application Not Working (Resolved)Any clue why this application never works? For the past 2 months every time I try it on Android it says there is maintenance no matter what time of day. Cleared cache and data. Uninstalled and reinstalled and get same error. Device is not rooted. |

Re: MyBHN Application Not WorkingI just tested on iOS and had no issue logging in. Seems like an Android related issue, perhaps related to the version you're running (?) I know that with the fragmented nature of Android OS this can sometimes be an issue for certain applications. I feel like this was the case with BHTV on certain devices as well but I may be mistaken. On a side note, you might want to remove your e-mail address from that screen shot just in case  |

Im running KitKat 4.4.2 which 39% of Android users are running. Odd the most largely used version is not supported. |

Also it appears the Brighthouse TV app doesn't work either. I subscribe to premiere tv, was installed last Wednesday with 1 HD box. Verified workorder closed yesterday morning, shows partial charges, shows TV active in my services however indicates I do not subscribe to TV on the app. |

My wife has a Note 8 with 4.4.2 and it works on her tablet. She said there are not that many channels though. |

Both applications working fine now. Before the new BHN billing system you used to have to start a new account with a new my services login if you moved. So I was using the old login. Now that im using the correct login both the MyBHN app and the BHN TV app work. |
