Yes, the DSL is solid green - the 'internet' light is off but flickers on periodically (i'm guessing it's the modem trying to access the isp, but Im not sure).
If that's the case, it does sound like it could be an authentication issue. When you have a chance, reach out and we'll triple check everything for you
