User 1 had the setting to no while User 2 had the setting to yes. The Future 9 account is set on Line 2. I changed the setting in User 2 to no. Afterwards outgoing calls began displaying Caller ID correctly. Thank you.

I actually heard my correct number read back from this number (as well as the two graysonf supplied) even before correcting my setting, interestingly enough, when outgoing calls to regular numbers were
not displaying the Caller ID. Any idea why these numbers got it while others did not?
