Make a call to 1 800 437 7950. Do you hear the correct number for calling ANI?

User 1 had the setting to no while User 2 had the setting to yes. The Future 9 account is set on Line 2. I changed the setting in User 2 to no. Afterwards outgoing calls began displaying Caller ID correctly. Thank you.

I actually heard my correct number read back from this number (as well as the two graysonf supplied) even before correcting my setting, interestingly enough, when outgoing calls to regular numbers were not displaying the Caller ID. Any idea why these numbers got it while others did not?

Also, any idea how it was working fine for a number of days, after the account was initially setup in the ATA, but it then suddenly changed to blocking outgoing caller id?
