I don't know which entity you filled out on-line forms for, but it is possible that Yahoo! may be the entity who is actually bouncing/blocking your email.

I suggest that you double check your email server DKIM and SPF settings just in case that is why your email is bouncing rather than actually being blocked by domain or IP address.
