Windows 10 piggy backs your bandwidth to distribute patches → Soooo

I wonder what percentage of the overage charges Microsoft's getting from the ISP's when this kind of behavior is going over users cap limits and forcing them to pay $X per GB or $X per 50GB? I really wish I had the engineering know how to create microscopic flys/nats that could fly onto some of the top corporations leaders jackets and hang out and record what they're doing, I'd love to know all the silly stupid shit they try and get away with, it's pretty ridiculous all the things they're doing now a days to save a buck, or make someone else pay for it, I would of been ok with this option if they would've left it at "distribute to LAN PC's" only, but turning Windows 10 into a torrent farm is just ridiculous.....
