Changelog:

• Updated MPC-HC to version 1.7.9.137
• Updated LAV Filters to version 0.65-36-g6b6bc
• MPC-HC now has a new WASAPI based internal audio renderer. You can enable it in the MPC-HC output settings.
• Besides (exclusive mode) WASAPI output, it for example also supports pitch correction and stereo crossfeed.
