AT&T U-verse → Can't find where to see my Data Usage

I can't find where to see my data usage to make sure i don't go over the 250gb allowed.. where can if find it?

Caps are not really enforced if you are using U-Verse VDSL. On ADSL2+ UVerse I am unsure.

My HGV3800 gateway shows usage since the last boot (on the "settings -->" page).

I think there's an AT&T link somewhere, but whenever I try that it tells me that it isn't currently checking my usage.

how do i know if i have vdsl or adsl2? I am using uverse with just 3mbp down
