Nah, that's pretty common upload speed for a 3360 sync speed. I'm guessing this used to be a Verizon area since they love 3360/864 for sync speeds.

Ah, I see. Coming from an AT&T area where 6 Mbps ADSL upload is provisioned at .768k, it's a lot different.

864 works out to about .70-0.73 Mbps with all the overhead.
