The netonix will help you remove the POE bricks and clean up your towers. UBNT is 2nd in price to Mikrotik in the wireless arena. They have a lot of strengths, but also, a lot of weaknesses. They're far from being the best.

This is my main NOC.
Okay I just ordered the Netonix WISP Switch 400A.

And for towers, I use a 24 port Cisco unmanaged switch. does the job well.
