Competition just doesn't make as much money in our Canadian market as collusion.
There aren't enough of us to make any meaningful sways by jumping companies, thus it makes more economical sense for them to collude on prices.

The costs of providing internet services for areas built over 10 years ago is a meager 1-2% of the monthly revenue. "Packages" are basically marked up 5000%.
