If Jobbie is suspect for leading a day one speed lynch, then so is everyone else for going along with it. He did try to cheer-lead it on at one point, but that's not weird for the d1 speed.
If I'm counting right, and Kris is still at L2, I don't think that's definitive proof jobbie's dirty. It would look. Scum coming out of the wood work to pile on would be a little obvious /wifom |

If he is town, and I am town, then scum would have both voted by now to win the game. I know I am not scum. Therefore, from my point of view, Jobbie has to be scum. It's up to the rest of you to pick me or Jobbie at this point. Also, leaning heavily towards Protus as Scum #2, but let's see how this Jobbie lynch works out. |
