So, I was reading another post about internet speeds and saw something about if you don't ask about your speed that you'll have whatever you started out with when you joined ABB. I've had ABB for years (at least 8 or 9 years now) and I started out on the Triple Play. When we moved, I dropped the phone line but I didn't even think about looking at the Internet. Right now it says I have MAX HSI w/video. I don't even see that on the webpage. Is that a good speed? Does anyone know what the speed is on MAX? Should I get it changed?
It's probably a dumb question, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.
Max is 10mb. We don't change customers plans without the customer requesting us to do so. It depends on what package you have, what area you are in, their may be faster and/or cheaper service available. I would suggest you contact customer service, they can look up your account go over what we can offer and prices.
