Quite a major inconvenience. However, a mere mile up the street, other residents have available services within the Malden area. Is there any possible way that Atlantic Broadband can expand to cover one of the only streets within the area that lacks service? I know my buddy's Dad in Fairchance, PA was able to let Atlantic Broadband know that he and at least 1 other resident wanted Internet and he got ABB to run wires, but I believe he kept "nagging" them.
