Videotron → Can I transfer my email address to another user?

I might move for a few months to the USA. I would cancel my Videotron account but would like to keep my Videotron email address.

Relying on ISP-provided e-Mail is a major headache if you ever decide to switch ISP. I forgot to move tons of stuff away from my Videotron e-Mail when I left Videotron many years ago and didn't realize I forgot many of them until years later.
