Apple → iPad Air 2 9.2.1 keyboaed

Is anybody else having trouble with the iPad Air 2 keyboard sucking wind since 9.2?

I find it next to impossible to type anymore in Safari.

Unless my iPad is somehow damaged?

What are the symptoms precisely? Laggy? Non-responsive? Something else?

Is it happening in all apps (like in Mail) or just Safari?

Do you have any third-party keyboards installed? Have you tried power cycling?

Non-responsive
Pretty much anything with a keyboard.
No third party.
I have restarted.

I'm running the the latest beta on the original iPad Air and no sluggishness here (just used it type this post).
