with 20mb down you should be able to stream almost anything. I would not put up with low speeds either but you still should be able to at least stream a movie.
Glimmer, I don't think its the speed so much. as you can see I wasn't even getting 20 down but more in line with severe packet loss. Rebooted modem, router and machine and took 10 minutes to log back on, router was telling me dns server down.
