Ditto to DSLTech, get a tech out (I prefer live chat over phone for me personally ;p) and if you still have a struggle even getting a tech out you can try shooting an email to talktous@centurylink.com but i dont remember if they are still active. And just because a tech is exptected to know their stuff, doesnt mean they actually do
