Thanks for looking Chad, yes I tested my work and downloaded a large file on the dsl no problems at somewhere around 7:30pm. Here was a no go, not only super slow just a shredded download. I do know they are trying to fix and have credited my account accordingly, but frustration sometimes doesn't have a dollar value. Thanks for checking.
