We still have people here that use XP.

Don't get me started on that that. As a small-time software developer myself it makes me want to tear my hair out when dealing with all of the issues that surround having to support Windows XP.

If you don't want to offer support for your programs in WXP, please stop doing that and keep your hair safe. People running WXP (including me), don't need neither your whining about it or "sacrifice"... And BTW, it's way out of the thread's topic.

Truer words are rarely spoken.

The customers' choice to stay with Windows XP is their choice, not your choice.

The customers needs to understand the added expense you may have in continuing to support their choices. It is not that you do not want to support them, but it is more difficult for you to support them, and they should be more than happy to help you to support their decision to stay with Windows XP.
