I can't speak for the Original Poster here, but many folks are running small businesses from residential addresses where there are no "business class providers" available (or if they are, they are priced astronomically high).
A possibly related note: whenever I've checked, Charter's business class pricing has been very reasonable. Can we hope that once Charter takes over TWC their better business-class pricing will be applied as well?
Iv never seen a provider take over a market and lower the prices. If anything they will go up to pay for that buy out.
