I forgot to "netstat" during the call so i have to wait until friday when i have another session to get the IP.
Also Skype have an option called "Call technical info" that durring the call displays live statistics with connection quality and stuff..It resembles somehow the online gaming stuff and the game measure ping , loss etc

Here is how it looks and the options...Scrool down and you will see a picture..

And it shows 30% losses in this line:

"Recv packet loss: 0.0%/0.0%"

markysharkey: i hadn't asked the user on the other side what kind of bandwidth have.The person on the other end is not very PC technical.I don't go too much in PC technical detail.As much as i can i do the diag on my side..
