Quick Update: I am starting to work with a dedicated tech and I think he is even at the point where he knows there are interconnect issues with Netflix.

If you get someone with half a clue, please pass along all the metrics in this thread and the choke points people are observing! I'd be happy to create some more stats and observations for a clueful tech.

You are doing all of us a great service. I have two friends on 40mbit CenturyLink DSL. They get 1-2mbit on the new Netflix FAST test.

Oh! you need to watch this!!! I did this video tonight comparing Centurylink vs Cox. 56K on fast.com from Century Link VS. 360 Mbps on Cox, through Fast.com This explains it all!

Just keep bugging them. As I said, this seems to come and go in different regions. Mine has been good since Feb. and fast.com shows my full 20mb day or night.
