I'm not party to Bell's scheduling, I wish I was, but they just got to installing fibre into buildings in my area of Scarborough at the end of last month but no activation of Gig service I don't know where you are but if it's going to be a while. The one thing I do know is that Bell is not logical in it's approach to a lot of things.
I estimate main corridors by the end of the year, and more remote places by March or April of next year but I hope I'm wrong and things happen more quickly.
May I know where are you located in Scarborough? I'm from Scarborough Danforth and Birchmount.
