[TV] Underground cable installation

I am the only one on my block with underground utilities. It took me 2 years to get Fios to agree to install underground cable. They finally agreed to use my neighbors utility pole and then installed through his yard into mine. Now I want to dump Frontier (creeping costs) and use BHN. Their contractor would only run an aerial. I declined. My question is can BHN use that installed underground cable running to my house?

Likely the cable Verizon/Frontier ran is a fiber optic cable to the ONT in your home. Not at all the same type of cable a cable company uses. But Antal will sort you out

so, utilities are in the air (the main lines) and you just want it ran down the pole and to your house underground?

We need to better understand your situation. To confirm the utils for your development are above ground correct? So your single situation for your home is the exception and yours are underground or was this a decision made by your development.

Yes, I'm the exception. I paid Florida Power $1200 8 years ago to put the lines underground under the street during a remodel. And I wasn't thinking, of course they used fiber optic cable going to the fios box in the house.

Please get with me in Direct I posted the link above. Our normal process is to run above ground. I can put in a request, there may be cost associated.
