It is not about levels for the most part it's all about Carrier to noise Ratio......on your forward channels your c/n ratio should be from 47dbc to 51dbc anything higher is good unless it's higher than 53dbc then the techs meter is not accurate........federal communications commission says no lower than a 43dbc |
