I asked the same question and it was never answered.
Hell, i'd take just having the cap raised to 1TB. The current is far too low. Why have 50mbit speed when your actual usage of 50mbit speed is limited to something like 18 hours? |

Wow that sucks of course I have the 150 so it wouldn't matter to be but I do have my own modem so faster upgrades better not be to only people who rent there modems. Im thinking these new tiers? of eventual 300/something Look at all the other providers out there Mediacom is starting to fall behind the times |

And apparently only people that rent Mediacom modems and were paying a different price for renting than other people who were renting them.
That's some awesome customer service right there. Adjust the price, sure. But offer a speed boost to some people who do something, and leave everybody else who is on the same plan and is doing the same thing out?
And the cable companies wonder why their customer satisfaction scores are so low. |
