Re: Your reviewI had a problem with Suddenlink a couple of months ago about an email issue, and for whatever reason, they brought up that I was already exceeding my "cap". I had to FORCEFULLY REMIND the idiot at Suddenlink, that I didn't have a "cap", since I'm a business customer. Would you believe it took them 45 minutes, and 3 other people to realize that I DID have a business account, and that business accounts DON'T have caps ? If you have THIS kind of a problem with a company, can you imagine what other "nasties" are lurking within that company and how REALLY competent they are ? And I told them if I have this problem again, I'm YANKING out THEIR equipment, taking it to the local Suddenlink office, throwing it on their counter and they will disconnect me, then I'll get a T-3 from AT&T (cost a little more), but I won't have the confusion that I did with Suddenlink. The ONLY way to get their attention, is to give them CONSTANT bad press (on Facebook, Twitter, wherever) AND their in that pocketbook. |
