Think of it like trying to call your home phone number when your in your home. See below for a list of routers that do and don't have loop back. <description><![CDATA[shdesigns posted : Sounds like loopback issue. Many routers don't support it well.<br>You can add a hosts file to your PC with the local IP of the DDNS name. Or see if your router can add its own DNS addresses to its forwarding dns service.]]></description>
