On the app on my phone and pc I put house 1 and house 2. I install security camera systems and we just switched to there brand Poe switches. Really nice units. I never heard of them until my sales guy told me about it. A router that supports NAT loopback. Not all routers do, especially the cheaper home/garden variety.... there are lists online though of routers that support it.

2nd shdesigns that it's likely because the Luxul ABR-4400 doesn't support NAT loopback.

If you're not technical, either a) go back to your previous router or b) live with using the local IP.
