Now with the Republican having all 3 branchesYou will never see anything on that board at all. First step kill net neutrality, next allow telcos to do what they want and remove any consumer protections because "business are always looking out for their customers " lol oh that was a good one LOL |

The map for the most part of full of fucking lies, road's showing broadband coverage where there is nothing. If one person on one side of the tax block has coverage they mark the whole block as having coverage total bullshit. |

That map is wrong, according to it, I can get faster then 25 Meg from Frontier Communications.. Ha Ha.. Whatever they are smoking, they NEED to spread it around, as they must be hallucinating.. According to Frontier sales, 24 Meg service max.. |

Mine is wrong too. Shows both comcast and charter. Comcast doesn't operate in my neck of the woods. 300 million huh...well done. |

Well it correctly shows that I have no wired options at home. So it shows att and verizon as wireless broadband options instead. also viasat and some company called spacenet. I've got coverage by both hughesnet (aka echostar) and exede (aka viasat) for satellite internet and probably a bunch of smaller ones i've never heard of. For wired I've got this really nice POTS option from ATT that runs a nice 50kbps or so I think they call it dial up or something they just string the wire along the side of the local bridge because no one thought to put conduit in when they built it a couple years ago.
I am covered by all four of the big four cellcos with LTE coverage but that really shouldn't be being considered for a broadband map.
They don't list either of the two local WISPs in my area.
In town they list the same two satellite providers. They list the city fiber and att's dsl service but fail to mention suddenlink's cable internet offering (they top out at 15Mbps tho)
It shows the city fiber as being 25 - 50 but the city fiber goes from 10 - 40 (unless you go business class then you can get 10 - 50) att ADSL2+ speeds drop rather quickly the farther you get from their main hub at work we can only get 12Mbps even over provisioning the line to 14Mbps makes things break. |

Are you implying any of those things were meaningfully addressed under the Obama or Clinton administrations? When will people stop buying into the two party narrative? One party loves you and one is against you. Sure. Keep drinking that Kool Aid. |

Let's see during those administrations did democrats fought tooth and nail to kill provisions that will protect consumers from telcos? Nope but let's stop this game of "they are all evil " and just call out who does wrong. Ok 👍🏽 |

I check mine and it shows a total fios coverage...the problem is that only 50% have fios the rest are old vz dsl or crapovision thanks to the landlords . |

Well, some democrats did...
Oh and all 3 branches are Republican? I'd check out the Judicial branch. |

They, in fact, are all evil. Power politics corrupts absolutely. If you don't believe it, ask yourself why, during the period of 2006-2010, when Democrats controlled everything and enjoyed both a lame duck Republican President AND two years of Obama, was there not any forward momentum on any of these pet causes the left continues bemoaning even today? Obstructionism isn't a partisan notion. They all engage in it. The agendas are so transparent and the double dealing is so obvious, but people remain firmly planted in their denial. This is what future historians will refer to as end stage democracy. |

They saw no need to touch the policies in place until ex president Obama was notified of the issues at the FCC but before all that him and his administration had to deal with the huge financial meltdown we were having and huge unemployment mess. That takes precedence over internet any day. |

Mine shows 1 Gbps from both Cox and Verizon. Cox can provide up to 300 Mbps but Verizon is stuck at ~25 Mbps thanks to VDSL in my apartment complex |
