Apple → [iPad] Watching Netflix movies/shows on iPad (how's the audio?)

For anyone who watches Netflix on their iPad, how's the experience? Can you comfortably watch movies or shows using just the iPad's internal speakers? Is the dialogue clear (without gunshots and explosions being loud)?

I know watch movies mixed for surround sound system on a stereo system can be a nightmare, I wonder how the iPad handles it.

The iPad handles it just fine because Netflix doesn't send 5.1 audio to iOS devices. Instead it sends stereo.

It's fine, my wife watches all kinds of YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime on an iPad Air 1 with one speaker. Headphones would be even better, of course.
