My interpretation of the press release: VBuzzer service will continue under new management (VoIP Much) for most customers. However, the PAYGO and fax service customers will stay with the previous owner (Softroute) under a TBD service arrangement.

Executives at VoIP Much note that Pay As You Go (PAYGO) and Fax services from VBuzzer (Softroute) were not part of the purchase agreement.

Don't know when the last time I looked at their services was, but their 'easy-to-see' rates seem decent..
