[Anveo] *72 Anveo call forwarding - How to

Hello, I think this will be useful for several. That’s what I do for my home customers.

To be able to use the *72 star code using Anveo, you will need to perform the following simple steps:

1. Ask for Home*72 and HomeBase*72 Call Flow at star72 at inovatel.ca – Audios are in French but you can make your own using Text to Speech or contact me to make it done to English.
2. Upload your Call Flow to your account: IVR / Call Flow -> LOAD FROM FILE
3. Change your phone / ATA dial plan : For example, if you use Grandstream, add this to the phone / ATA dial plan : ‹*72=72›
4. Create an extension to reach Home*72 Call Flow : PBX -> Virtual Extension Numbers -> ADD NEW EXTENSION. Extension must be 72 assigned to Home*72 Call Flow.
5. Edit your phone number to use HomeBase*72 Call Flow : Phone Numbers -> Edit Phone Numbers -> Edit -> Call Option.
6. Take a beer, you’re done.

I also have a more complex one for business with extensions.
