Oh, hehe, I was assuming you know about the model formats. You will find the v files under your HalfLife/cstrike/models directory. There are p, v, and w files for each weapon, which stand for: p-player, v-view, w-world. A typical file name looks like v_ak47.mdl, so if you have a new skin for the right hand model of the AK, then copy the v_ak47_r.mdl from your skin on top of the existing v_ak47.mdl file.
