My buddy's wife works around her kids schedule while they're at school and in between her exercise schedule so I'd say her hours are something like 9 - 3 or so and even then she has free time. She's not a grinder though.
Like I said there's people that work at it and people that don't have to work at it, and I think the people that don't have to work at it are the ones that are getting rich simply because it's natural for them.
