AT&T U-verse → When will Uverse be available here

So last year at&t had contractors in my neighborhood installing the infrastructure for fiber Uverse. They hung door flyers on all our doors saying "coming soon" and seemed to wrap up the installation of the buried conduits months ago. Yet, still no service. The I call at&t they know nothing of the lines/conduits in my neighborhood.

Is there somewhere at at&t I can contact to get some sort of real information or actual ETA for the services in my neighborhood?

Not likely unfortunately. AT&T has also been rolling out fiber in our area but I am not sure when it'll be live. I walk by the PFP almost every day hoping that something has changed but nothing yet.

A couple months back I spotted AT&T putting up OptiSheath terminals on another street somewhat nearby. As far as I can tell, it is still not live.
