Yes they've finally started to enforce the tethering limit and throttle video. When you fix leaking pipes the water pressure usually gets better. |

not where I am lucky to hit 13Mbps on download even if i drive around to get closer to tower, they have run there own fiber to tower so they should be running out of excuses |

Here in our small town, I routinely get 3-5Mb/s. I can drive 3 miles away (different tower ?) and routinely hit 40 Mb/s and have seen 60 Mb/s. I have also been in the downtown Dayton area and hit 110-115 Mb/s (would have to check my results but it's around there). |

My neighborhood downtown has one about every 2 blocks now and the speeds have been pretty consistent. |

The nearby location that I referred to hasn't gotten over 12-15 Mbs recently. At work, in Springboro OH, not quite halfway between Dayton and outer Cincinnati, I just got 2.2 Mbs down and 2 Mbs up. Pathetic.... |

Please run a speedtest from www.fast.com this will tell you if you are throttled. I bet you range from 3.5 to 4 down. |

In columbus, i can get LTE on 700, 850, 1700/2100, and 1900 3G is slower than molasses but i say good riddance to EvDO when they finally kill it. |
