I'm in Reno, NV internet is spotty, Wifi has problems with devices connecting and phone does NOT work. OMG!

At spectrum.net it shows a red house and says connect to home network even though I am connected with ethernet wire.
Tried to run troubleshooter and it goes all the way through and says success but modem never reboots.

Phone has busy signal and phone light on modem is out.

I'm in Carson City (30 miles south of Reno) Internet is fine but phone is out. First outage on phone in years.

Yeah internet is working consistently now but phone still down. Calls in goto voicemail and outgoing is busy signal. Thanks for your reply, I didn't see anyone in Nevada post about problems.
