Actually, what usually happens is that I decide not to rush up front the second we respawn. I always die when I rush, because when I have more than 2 enemies on screen my system chugs down. Thus, it often happens I am only one left, because I don't play the game like UT or Quake. The way I see it, if a round has 4 min or so, why do we all have to rush and get killed the first few seconds? Furthermore, that rush is very often a disorganized stampede rather than teamwork. I feel like sheep following the rest of the crowd to the slaughter. Sure the rush has its own flavour and appeal, and I won't deny that.

I actually like it when me and .. say... Roofus are the only ones left, and we silently seek'n'destroy.
