I have a feeling that this is more of "That annoying in-law that likes to send you 7 political memes, 5 cute animals/baby pics, and 12 Facebook 'news' articles" situation. However, nothing beats a good old fashioned FWD:FWD:FWD:FWD: Good fortune/chain mail or 419 scam. I miss those!
